Minimum Bid Requirements
Maintenance costs will be in addition to per acre bid amount. Maintenance costs will be associated with food plot maintenance and planting. They will include chemical application, lime and fertilizer application, mowing, planting cost, seed cost, and all other costs and expenses associated with maintenance and planting. Maintenance costs may be split and paid quarterly beginning October 1, 2010.
